As the global and immediate economies bottom out, my first concern is getting a roof on the house. The entire side, facing towards Lake Ontario, is bare and the rainy season is upon us.
It is time to clean up my act. The bank will not help me. All our reserves have gone into this house. The basement and garage are full.
It is time to seek ridiculous offers and hope for accumulation. I need this roof, most literally.
Look at those old Harrowsmith magazines. I have virtually all of the first ten years and the special edition cookbooks as well. I meant to sell them long ago as I supect there has to be someone who wants those old recipes or articles. The early artwork was spectatular as well.
There are two cardboard boxes that I really wish someone would arrange to get out of my life.
